Our Story
The Plumbing Professionals was launched and is still run today by Jerram Chippendale. He saw a gap in the market; there were not many plumbers in Sydney who were very focused on doing anything they could to give the customer a better experience. Established plumbers find a groove in how they work, and they sit in it. Jerram however, didn't want to subscribe to that approach and instead create a plumbing business that is constantly moving forward and constantly evaluating how jobs get done. Jerram might be the front man, but Brett, who has known Jerram since they were apprentices together, is just as much of The Plumbing Professionals' story. Together, Brett and Jerram use each other to stay accountable and create an environment that ensures their plumbers and admin staff are constantly bettering themselves. We believe it's exactly this agile, constantly learning approach that makes us so loved by our customers. And we also believe it's why we got recognised as the best trade and services business by the Local Business Awards.

Head of The Plumbing Professionals
Jerram started The Plumbing Professionals to bring more professionalism to the plumbing scene in Sydney. He cares about giving great service to all of his neighbours in Sydney. Whilst going through his apprenticeship, he wanted to know everything there was about plumbing, the new and the old. It wasn't until he became an experienced plumber that he thought of adding to the Sydney community by giving A1 service at a price everyone can afford.
Suzie Stone
Office Manager
Through the 8 Years Suzie has been with The Plumbing Professionals, she has become the heart of all operations. With her experience, she handles calls, logs jobs, notifies the team of jobs, and manages invoicing. Without her help, The Plumbing Professionals wouldn’t be able to offer the level of service we do.
Brett Ronan
Field Manager
Brett and Jerram started their apprenticeship together and use their connection to ensure they are both doing the best job they can and learning from every opportunity. They may be tenured but plumbing and their team keep them on their toes and ahead of the competition for customer satisfaction.
James Yoo
Residential Senior Plumber
James could be the most organised plumber in Sydney. He’s a drainage expert with a pension for helping people save on their power bills. Want to know about heat pumps, solar, or current government rebates? James is your guy.

Office Administrator
When Cait’s not making weekend plans she’s focused on communicating to you so you get what you need when you need it. She’s serious about making sure when any Plumbing Professional tech arrives at a location they know as much as they can, so they can get to work as soon as possible.

Commercial/Industrial Senior Plumber
While Martin may seem young he holds the knowledge of a commercial plumber much older than him. He’s a quick learner and will adapt to take on any challenge no matter how complex. Martin specialises in strata and construction plumbing.

Nathan uses his lineage of greek plumbing innovators to ensure every plumbing system he touches is blessed with his touch of personalisation. He does this to ensure every customer he meets is left with a plumbing system that is right for them.

Service Manager - All Rounder
Whether he is in the office, in the trenches, or quoting jobs, you can count on Alex to do a great job. He’s been with us since he was an apprentice and has filled just about every role, except cleaning the toilets.
